Student Terms, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Mistware Academy, powered by Mistware Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By enrolling in any Mistware Academy course or program, you agree to the terms and policies outlined below.
1. Course Enrollment
Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration and enrollment.
Enrollment is considered confirmed only after the required registration process and applicable course fee have been successfully completed.
Course fees, duration, curriculum, training mode, and other applicable details will be communicated before enrollment.
2. Course Fees & Payments
All course fees must be paid through the payment methods officially provided by Mistware Academy.
Students are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate.
Any applicable taxes, examination fees, certification fees, or other charges not specifically included in the course package will be communicated separately.
Mistware Academy does not charge hidden fees.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must submit a cancellation request to Mistware Academy through the official support channel.
Refund eligibility will depend on the course/program selected, the date of cancellation, and the stage of course participation.
Once training has commenced, course access, learning materials, or other program resources have been provided, the refund may be limited or unavailable.
Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing timelines.
4. Course Transfer
Requests to transfer from one course or batch to another may be considered based on availability and program requirements.
Mistware Academy reserves the right to approve or decline a transfer request based on the circumstances of the request.
5. Course Schedule & Changes
Mistware Academy may modify training schedules, batches, trainers, delivery methods, or course content when reasonably required.
Any significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students wherever applicable.
6. Attendance & Participation
Students are expected to attend scheduled classes and actively participate in the learning process.
For programs involving projects, practical assignments, or internships, students may be required to meet specific attendance and participation requirements.
Failure to meet applicable requirements may affect course completion or certificate eligibility.
7. Course Completion Certificate
Students who successfully complete the applicable course requirements may receive a Mistware Academy Course Completion Certificate.
Certificate eligibility may depend on attendance, assignments, assessments, projects, or other requirements specified for the particular program.
A certificate does not represent a government qualification or guarantee employment unless specifically stated otherwise.
8. Interview & Placement Assistance
Eligible students may receive career guidance, interview preparation, and interview opportunities with Mistware Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and participating partner companies.
Interview or placement opportunities are subject to the applicable eligibility criteria, available positions, interview performance, company requirements, and hiring decisions.
Completion of a Mistware Academy course does not guarantee employment.
9. Internship Programs
For programs that include an internship, internship participation will be subject to the eligibility, performance, attendance, and other requirements communicated for the respective program.
Internship participation does not automatically guarantee employment with Mistware Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or any partner company.
10. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour toward trainers, staff, fellow students, and company representatives.
Misconduct, harassment, inappropriate behaviour, unauthorized use of company resources, or violation of applicable rules may result in suspension or termination of access to the program without refund, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
Course materials, presentations, assignments, videos, documents, project resources, and other content provided by Mistware Academy are intended for enrolled students only.
Students may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or commercially use Academy materials without prior written permission.
12. Account & Course Access
Where online access is provided, students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Course access may not be shared, transferred, resold, or distributed to another person.
Mistware Academy may suspend access in cases of unauthorized sharing, misuse, or violation of these terms.
13. Third-Party Certifications
Any Salesforce certification examination or third-party certification is subject to the rules, fees, eligibility criteria, and policies of the respective certification provider.
Unless explicitly stated in the selected program, third-party certification examination fees are not included in Mistware Academy course fees.
14. Support
Students can contact the Mistware Academy support team for assistance regarding enrollment, payments, course access, schedules, learning resources, and other program-related queries.
Support availability and response times may vary depending on the nature of the request.
15. Policy Updates
Mistware Academy reserves the right to update or modify this policy when necessary.
The latest version published on the official Mistware Academy website will apply to future enrollments and, where applicable, existing students.
